My purpose of doing this is that I've noticed that majority of the modders only retexture the very common Johnson House, Mulholland safe house, OG Loc Mansion. For me to change that I retextured the................. I should say a quite abandoned apartment in blueberry( One of the safe houses of CJ in the game GTA san andreas).
A simple and a very basic well painted wall,dark cream colored pavement and I added white fences around the house, flowering plants and many more....
