Like what I've said in my last modification (if you read the Read me there). majority of the modders only retexture the very common Johnson House, Mulholland safe house and Madd dog Mansion. So this modification shows that retexture version of ......I should again... a quite old safe house in fort carson, located near the ranch beside the long bridge.......
A modification that changed the ground from a desert type environment to greeny, well refreshing environment. I added some stuffs there like:
1. Fence that surround the garden and the whole property.
2. parkbench
3. fountain
4. parkbench with umbrealla
5. street lights
6. many more........
