perpixel lighting is the mod that gives more realistic in your gta sa gameplay
which is the spot of the light in character or objects are now fix. and gives more real.
look at the screenshots to see the mod. or try it to see what happen and what is the changes in your gameplay
==Installation==
1.Copy the cleo files in your cleo folder in gta sa directory
2.and now test the game ENJOY!! :)

@MDXNaTioN first is not his mod second as tabris would answer "you messed up just that, it won't work as intended since was made for anime shader and only for that if you want to use something from it be aware it won't work as intended since is not made to work on it's own" is a kinda old setup currently lost because newer enb mess up with geometry of models, it can work somehow with enb 0.158 if you want to try but you need the whole setup of cleo scripts by tabris along his specially made timecyc..
