Bomb Briefcase with sound and config

Hi, CJs of the world! I have a nice mod for you. It gives you the ability to blow stuff up with style. Hold B to get the briefcase, hold E to plant it.

Watch the video to get a good idea of how it goes.

You can configure the controls, fuse time and sound settings in the ini file.

Both the Plant and Get keys need to be held for a bit. That is on purpose because i didnt want it to conflict with other stuff or make you plant by accident.

Read the readme, there is useful info in it.

Also i would like to say that i am not the author of the briefcase model and skin. I tried tracing who the author is but i couldnt. It was just lying around on my old HDD full of San Andreas mods. So if you recognize it as your mod, please contact me and i will give you the credit.
