Advanced Scope - Dot, Illumination, Thermal and Night Vision

Wassup CJ, i got something for you.

Emmet has obtained some new tech from his guy in the army. The military uses this sniper scope for special operations. You will use it to kill the enemies of Grove and to conquer San Andreas.

The features:

1) Colored dot in the center of the crosshairs - up to 20 different colors and sizes, adjustable in game
2) Thermal vision
3) Night vision
4) Illuminated scope

The mod remembers the last used dot color.
Features 1 to 3 are also available for the rocket launcher and the heatseeking rocket launcher.

Default dot colors:

1 - green
2 - red
3 - blue
4 - cyan
5 - magenta
6 - yellow
7 - orange
8 - white

Everything is configurable in the ini file.
