Toggle Hydraulics

- In vanilla there's a problem when playing with a controller: You can't control the camera while driving a car with hydraulics.
- This mod lets you easily disable hydraulics. Just press "Steer Forward" twice, then press "Horn".
- On a controller, this means moving the left stick up or down twice, then pressing it down.
- With keyboard, this is pressing the Up or Down Arrow twice, then pressing H. (Depending on your game menu settings)
- When you leave the car, hydraulics are automatically re-enabled.
