I Have Coded The Tner.Ini and Tner.dll in the d3d9 so i could have a extra new setting on the enbseries.ini

@queenofgta i used my own tool to remove something on the enbseries or put something in it. i didnt even remove some data in gta v or anything. I really just removed something in an enbseries of gta v and gta iv the tool i used is dx2 and Coder. Coder is my own tool its very hard to use tbh, it has a tutorial in whick code will u use or not use
