@Akosjun Texture flashing is bad vertex color stuff from GTASA (what makes buildings dark at night) and the black roads are the common black roads bug of gtass. Use SilentPatch to solve both.

I don't know why, but there are some bugs with the shadowing with the performance version.
-Sometimes the textures are "flashing". They are bright for some seconds, and then, they are dark for some seconds.
-The roads that are far are black.
-CJ is much darker than his environment. (Not just his body colour. )
All the other things are sooooooo beautiful. But the flashing textures are quite annoying.

My specs:
-Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ (2 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
-Memory: 4096 MB RAM
-Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 430
-Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.110408-1631)

What's the problem? I don't want to rate it 'till i get a reply, because maybe I did something wrong.

@Alhassan Ahmed: If it crashes your game it's more an issue on your side because for everyone else it works so why give it 1/10 then?
