Marty McFly's Graphics Enhancement 3

This is not just another ENB config, I rewrote every aspect of ENBSeries to maximize the visual experience of GTASA. However bringing AAA game gfx to a very old game kills the fps obviously, this is for screenshots only (you most likely can't play smoothly).

PLEASE BACKUP YOUR GAME BEFORE INSTALLING THIS
Disable shadows in enbseries.ini if you experience graphical glitches on AMD cards.

Features:
  • Physically based skydome

  • PBR

  • New water shader (not the standard ENB one)

  • Volumetric Clouds

  • Volumetric Fog

  • Volumetric light scattering ("godrays")

  • automated normal mapping

  • procedural timecycle

  • procedural raindrops, rain puddles and raindrop ripples

  • screenspace reflections

  • automated normal mapping

  • star shader at night

  • and a shit ton more

tested with RTX 2070 8gb, 8gb and 16gb ram,i5 7500, +60fps ultra, on desktop

what does it mean for screenshots only?
just for post and videos? i have a really really good computer, will that make it smooth.
i know sometimes old games even suck on new computer even with proper fixes.

buy a faster Graphic card and Get Probably 6gb of Ram,
Accept the fact that GTA_SA engine is old, effects of MMGE 3 cannot be optimized like in current game engines due to limitations of ENBSeries,
and MMGE 3 is actually unfinished So Far...

Do not try to Fix it for your device,
You should to use this is a prototype New version Better, if Your Device cannot Get MMGE 3
