This plugin allows you to run GTA SA game on low end pc!

FOR MORE INFO SEE README FILE!

Plugin may not work on Windows XP and Windows 10(all windows 10 are 100% not low end xD)!

@fd030501 Well,some people have low end pc and usually GTA SA game would lag on that PC,this mod makes your game faster and better! JUST FOR LOW END PC!
