This version of the mod worked relatively well in this specs:
8GB RAM 1600mhz, Intel I5 3,2Ghz, GTX 750 TI 2Gb. (Minimum 10fps - Maximum 25fps)
The mod is really unstable, works well on GTX 750 TI BUT don't works in GTX 1050 that is more powerful than GTX 750.
Functions:
Dynamic lighting.
Soft-shadows.
Dynamic sky and weather.
Water shader.
Vehicle reflections.
Atmospheric Scattering
Deferred shading.
HDR tone mapping.
Skin shader.
Known bugs:
Runs at maximum 720p.
The water cause fps drop (10 fps).
When you take a photo, game crashes.
HUD won't appear.
Weapons and some models are invisible.
Camera controls have issues.
