This mod Brings All III&Vice City Car colors To Counterparts To GTA San Andreas
this Makes part of III&Vice City Cars To San Andreas:

but for sure you can use with other vehicle models
Installation:
Open Your Gta San Andreas Folder, after that Open data folder, and replace carcols.dat
