A collection of effects to make combat look better
Building on the great work of Function-X- and Ezekiel, I've created a collection of effects that aims to breathe new life into San Andreas' combat! And it's compatible with your favourite effects.fxp & txd mod, thanks to DK22Pac's fantastic Effect Loader! This mod replaces all explosions, muzzle flashes, blood effects, fire and sparks. More than just a retexture, the effects scripts have been updated and improved too!

@xMetalKnightx I don't know, but it should be fine if you can run other effects mods. Try it and see for yourself. You need to have Visual FX quality set to medium or higher for the muzzle flashes to work properly. If that causes problems you can use SkyGfx or MixSets to remove grass and dynamic shadows.
