A part from GTA Latvia Mod.

Replaces Ballas gang with Bolsheviks and Grove Street with Latvian nationalists.

Cutscene enabled.

Recomend to download and use a "Whote CJ" mode.

I'm from latvia to and as much as I see it then only russian (or latvians who are influenced by russians) have major criminal problems (well ok goverment is something else).

If you don't like Latvia then go to your mother russia, where the life is worse and die there.
