描述

Resizes all TXD files in gta3.img to 50%. This frees up streaming memory for better performance and much faster loading when used with Improved Fastloader. A few specific textures, including the radar, were kept at their original size.

I mean the game is already low poly so your mod makes it more pixelated to ps1
