Proper Ballas Implementation restores what Rockstar only hinted at — a true separation between the Temple Drive Ballas, Rollin Heights Ballas, and Kilo Tray Ballas.
Each set now features unique pedestrian models and textures, giving the Ballas a more distinct presence across Los Santos and enhancing the city’s gang diversity.
