Biggest update yet.
-Rewrote the script. Now it's much more optimized and efficient.
-Added a config file for all the configs
-Added the Coords based dynamic spawn system
-Added seagulls to every place Soundize puts seagull sounds to.
This might be the final version of the script

Added a new In-Game Editor to place birds
-You can easily place birds around the map using it.
-You can always add more birds by editing the config file
