To GTAinside Team sorry for double post !and if u can so delete the UGE v2 racing
becasue it is crashing the game thank you !

install
1.unpack the winrar
2.open gta sa (from unpacked winrar)
3.open Models
4.copy the effects to your gta sa folder !
5. do like this ! dont copy all the folder to your gta sa it may crash !
