This mod converts all Vice City cars to San Andreas, in the style and with functions of San Andreas.

-SA wheels
-SA lights
-SA license plates
-SA tuning parts

Also it is SA-MP compatible, since all cars cab be modded at the tuning shops.

This is because the mod doesn't replace all cars, few cars still default SA one so he added SA functions to make all cars looks identical and fits the atmosphere of the game!
