Good sounds, but the ones I wanted to use aren't linear (u know, like the cars weren't driving in a straight line when u recorded them)

sorry for the late reply
anyway

in order to install these sound mods you will need Alci's SAAT
GuI Frontend tool to edit sounds in GTA

or you could just download the mod Loader (use the latest
version and also you will need to instal ASI Loader)
