The design is very similar to Megaman x1, because Zero in that game not use the Z-Saber and only used the Z-Buster and other things.

I really don't know which one of Megaman,Capcom based this model from because it's from MVC3..But, It looks like from X1 game,indeed, for what i have googled so far.
