Thank you Rockstar Games, you never fail in disappointing us!
Seeing as the "event" for the 10th Anniversary of Grand Theft Auto V was some shirts and some weapon camouflages, perhaps this was the thought you had.
The T-Shirt is available for the Original GTA San Andreas PC and the 10th Anniversary Mobile Version.
In addition, it is also available for the "Proper Player Retex" and "CJ Official Remaster" mods. Links in the end of description.
