So, first things first, i want to say thanks a lot to markmadrox for finding the rigged files, probably if it wasn't him i was still trying to wrap my head around in the damn zmodeler, trying to figure out the texture error.
Sooo.... here are the logs:
Textures added: of course...
I have edited the skeleton to not make the skirt go too much out, because it's just rigged at the moment, i don't know if i'll be able to fix that wheter or not. And also for better holding guns.
There is a known small bug for custom ped.ifp's or original ifp, whenever you aim with a gun if the skin is smaller or so the head will just go nuts, it does here a bit too but i'm working with this.
This is pretty much everything. I want to say thanks again to markmadrox for finding these files.

@The Masked Messiah You can rename the files by yourself, this skin can be put for any character that you want, just use the skin id's name and change them to the skin you want to use, for example...
Let's say, you don't want it on bfyri anymore, and you want it on the drug dealer from LS(the one with the black shirt), all you have to do is just to rename bfyri.txd and bfyri.dff to bmydrug.txd and bmydrug.dff
