put all files on skin.img or rename and replace a ped and intalls on gta3.img

@Nikki Ann-marieNo Helmet ...Well The textures was reduced size(was all in 4k) and i reduced to 2k but dff is kinda Heavy...the person who tested had lag using a Really Low end computer (like less than 2gb RAM )
