Two skins of Hwoarang from Tekken. Biker outfit has alt version of hair.

I installed my version a few years ago, don`t know how things stand now. Only way is just search and try. And maybe make copy of your downloaded and installed program, so if something goes wrong, you can restore your files.
As for tutorials, the ones I used are in russian. In the english tutorials I`ve seen too much focus on texturing/UV mapping, you don`t need that much if you want just to convert characters from the other game. But you can just skip that part.
If you not building the model, just convert, basic work of making skin may take less than an hour
You can already play after that. But fixing of rigging, work with textures etc may take a long time (even a few days sometimes).
