Daaaamn that's an old archive, and it even has the sniper included on it. Well I've ported the MMD model myself and I've known the existence of the skin already, however I have never found it because it was so obscure, so I decided to port it myself. Thanks for linking it.

@chrisedrian Update: I found the author but he's/she's no longer active the gtasa mod anymore.
