Hello everyone. This mod is brought to you by Maxirp Mods.
I took a Lionel Messi skin from a pes game. The t shirt was different, and he had a beard. So i changed it for an Argentina t-shirt, changed the beard model and texture and created a model and texture of a Copa America 2021 medal for him.
Feel free to install it in your game.
If you want to share it, give credits to Maxirp to support my work. This way i will provide more of this stuff.

Download and Install:
-add these skin in your skin.img with any img editor
or
replace any skin with your img editor to your gta3.img or use modloader
