Yeah if this is supposed to be Claude from GTA III, the face and hair need changing. The face needs to be Claude and the hair needs to be different because it shows too much of the forehead as if he is going bald and is wearing an Elvis wig.
I'd personally also make his jacket black and give his trousers an 80s Green color scheme, but that's just me.
Definitely a cool concept though.
