Lieutenant Masterson from Killing Floor by Tripwire Interactive. Mesh and textures by Commitment2PurpleX2, conversion to SA by Feisal AR.

You can replace any soldier or pedestrian with this skin.

Installation:
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "army.dff" and "army.txd"
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive
