IT is called stealing, if you edit an release stuff which isn't yours. You have to ask the author (GRIM) if you can release this texture, if he agree you can release it. However you just messed up the texture, so it's not to ask the author.

I guess you wouldn't like it if you make a mod which takes days and some asshole edit it and claim it as his mod. It's just retarded.

To bad gtainside doesn't have a report button.
