Mitsubishi Lancer EVO From Fast and the Furious from DarkKnight2003, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces Hotring.
Original for PC version: https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta3/cars/1095-fnf-mitsubishi-lancer-evo/
Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• In default.ide from the setting.txt file, change the wheel settings.
