@Tragicor The two files are where you said. I've partially fixed the problem by simply removing the "helicopter" and "domestobot" files from default.ide and carcols.dat. The game no longer crashes, but because of this, it crashes during the "Road K***" mission...
@Isaack567VCMake sure that libAndroid_III_VC_LimitAdjuster.so is placed in the cleo\vc folder, and libAndroid_III_VC_LimitAdjuster.ini should be placed in the cleo folder.
