3ds max with Kam Scripts
Magic txd or txd workshop

1.don't change the ped ifp anim or install a new one
2.don't delete sa vc comp folder and dont delete cop skin file
3.this mod has some demo skins

I think this mod can or needs to be improved, the npc appear horribly deformed, except for the cops.

however this is a good idea, if the method were not so laborious I would even want something like the SA skin selector where you can add skins without replacing the existing ones.

@SERGIO_VAN_DYK xdd no le puse pq no es totalmente mio el mod, el plugin dll es de the hero y a mi se me ocurrio q podria usarse para generar una compatilbidad entre los skin de gta sa a vc, gracias por tu apoyo bro
