Cheat Menu v2.9 Updated Version
Note: I'm not the author of this Script. all the following contents of this mod and rights goes to Grinch as they're the owner of this mod so Credits goes to them.
Installation:
Extract all files/folders inside GTA Vice City Directory.

(Features)
- Ability to change all characteristics of the player;
- Create cars, weapons;
- In-game editor timecyc (time cycle);
- Editor control in the game (behavior of the car);
- Editor of the zone of gangs and weapons;
- Teleport to markers, icons, pickup or coordinates;
- Change some of the visual elements of the game or HUD, for example, change the position of the radar, lifeguard, vest, oxygen, etc .;
- Change the weather, day, etc .;
- Show XYZ coordinates, vehicle speed, health percentage, etc .;
- FPS counter, RAM usage, etc .;
- Create pedestrians and characters with multiple options;
- You can customize the mod;
- And much more.

Before downloading make sure to have the 1.0 version of Vice City, otherwise it won't work.
You can downgrade your GTA VC from 1.1 to 1.0, no need to download another gta installer, it's easily obtainable.
Also I recommend to run your GTA on the EN version (region).
Great mod to mess around or make videos.
