Thank you for playing GTAVC hard mission pack that I create,it is named Maddening City.
Note that this mod is a work in progress(beta version):
Version 1.3 features a total of 22 new missions: 3 Taxi Firm missions, 2 phone missions, boatyard mission, ice cream factory mission, 6 sunshine auto races, 2 Phil missions, 3 print work missions, 3 Cuban missions, Keep Your Friends Close...
