Menu Color Changer
This mod gives you complete control over every color and font style in the GTA Vice City menus. You can change anything — from the pink rectangles and blue bars to the loading screen, map legend, radio arrows, and even the Vice City logo.
Features:
● 81 customizable values covering all menu elements
● Change colors for every section: Player Skin Setup, Stats, Audio, Controls, Map Legend, Loading Screen, and General Menus
● Adjust font styles independently for each text element
● Toggle the Vice City logo on or off
● Toggle the black edges on the sides of the menu on or off
● Everything is controlled through MenuColorChanger.ini
● Colors are applied once when the menu opens — no performance loss
Installation:
● Copy the files from the MOD folder into your game folder.
● You must have an ASI Loader installed (dinput8.dll).
● If you already have ASI files inside a "plugins" folder, copy them there.
● Edit MenuColorChanger.ini to customize every color.

● NEW: LiveUpdate support — changes take effect immediately while the game is running without restarting
