To use this mod,you need a 'Maxo's Vehicle Loader'.(http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=16467)
Put the .7z files in the 'weapons' folder in the 'MVL'.
Copy 'CLEO' and 'VC.CLEO.ASI' to GTA: VC root directory.
