The Declasse Vigero ZX from The Criminal Enterprises update with a moving steering wheel and all liveries (without tuning) as well as HQ & LQ interior variants.

CAR REQUIRES THIS TRAINER 22.08.09.1 AND UP TO WORK PROPERLY https://gtaforums.com/topic/896795-1000-1080-zolika1351s-trainermod-menu-rewritten/

Use https://gtaforums.com/topic/955449-iv-zolikapatch/ to make the steering wheel move and unlock the 4 livery limit
