Is there a way you can update it so it's the original animation of the pistol, just without his other hand holding it? I doubt it, but I prefer the way he holds it in the base game, but just wish it was with one hand.

Been Looking for this mod, I remember there's another one handed mod like this by ac.amir a long time ago, but it was taken down due to unfixable bug
Thanks now Niko can be a badass quickdraw cowboy in liberty city

Oh and another info for y'all who's wondering
Yes, you can use pistol and smg animations for Shotgun or another gun
it will increase (or decrease) the gun's firing speed, because gun's firing speed is dependent on the animation assigned to it
Beware though, using smg animations for a shotgun will make everyone using that shotgun fire as fast as using smg
