replaces copcarru.dff and copcarru.txd by default
- 3 versions:
+ IVF version (original lights, IV/V style dirt, IVF style custom sirens)
+ San Andreas version (SA lights and dirt)
- All versions adapted to IVF

- Gas tank door
- ped_arm dummy
