Today i bring to you the Declasse Merit a 4 door sedan introduced in GTA IV, which is primarily
based off the 04-05 Chevrolet Impala with some elements from the SS package impala, '95-'97 Honda
Accord, BMW E36 3 series & 04-06 Pontiac GTO.
And its available for San Andreas replacing the Merit by default.

-Replaces "Merit"
-SA vanilla Materials
-Vehfuncs Benefits: 3 different wheels & 1 spoiler, also moving steering wheel.
