HYV Insurgent - Los Santos Police Department - Improved Vehicle Features Style made by MC Hammer (me)

Features:
* Full adapted for IVF 2.1.1;
* Custom 'Flat' shadow;
* It fits nicely into the physics and atmosphere of the game.

The vehicle replaces the original vehicle: FBIRANCH.

You can replace the enforce, but, you need to edit the .eml file. In first line, have a number (ex: 596 - copcarla), just change this to the Enforcer vehicle ID.

Damn, Can I replace the enforcer instead of the fbiranch? I mean I know I can but would the eml file work? or it just works with the fbiranch?
