replaces rctiger.dff and rctiger.txd by default

VehFuncs version at the time of release: v1.4 02/08/19

+ VehFuncs version
- Some spinning parts
- Possiblity to spawn with paintjobs
- Different turrets
+ SA Style version
- San Andreas reflections
- Realistic size
- If replaced by default, no sinking/small wheels in SA-MP/MTA
- Custom .col file
- Fixed R* bugs
- Custom handling
- 100% SA-MP/MTA support
- Unused paintjobs are included in the Download, for self exploration
