Makeup Trailer, prop/object from GTA V

- Replace utiltr1 by default
. GTA SA plate
- Custom Lod. Custom Collision. Data Strings handling and vehicles
- 1 extra
- IVF211
- SA-MP/MTA no testing

I have a lot ideas to develop, stay tuned!

Mandatory have installed:
- Modloader
- Improved Vehicle Lights 2.1.1
