converted by xe3 to gta 3 and i converted from gta 3 to gta sa.
thanks XE3!
I applied upscale in the textures it was very good ;)
removed a texture bug, now the underside of the car appears
fixed the wheel sinking into the ground

Here's another car to convert to San Andreas: https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta3/mods/185847-disney-pixar-cara-wingo-for-mobile/
All you gotta do is add some eyes, Wingo's eyes are brown
other than that, this is a cool mod, we just need Boost, Snot Rod, and Wingo to complete this
