its swatvan script its other authors mod https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=27160

open that script and open this script he make its same but original author is Philipxnader

and you said you plan to make cursor ? if it was your script you could make it when you start scripting because you know what you doing and where to put cross-hair

and last thing you even cant understand how code works why you leave this line in this script ?
