IV Graphics

Thanks to
-Boris Vorontsov for ENB Series
-XMakarusX for SA_DirectX 2.0 effect

this mod will make gta san andreas look like gta iv
note : use sunny weather (not extrasunny) for better exprience (more clouds)

minimum to run
2.7 GHz base processor speed
4GB RAM
2GB VRAM
