It says that GTA SA Need Directx 9.0 version. But my pc has already installed Directx 11.0 Version, What shall I do?

Does the higher version of Dx doesn't work?

Amazing mod, love it...I use it with the best color correction mod for low end pc and this gives the realistic vibes while keeping the game's old and nostalgic graphics.
