skin the female player with the
police uniform but with a twist
the design is the same as the c.r.a.s.h.
lspd members like Tenpenny or pulaski
also comes with the police belt

note:
this skin has several visual bugs,i'm still trying to get better at fixing
bugs since the area which i have most problems is the shoulders.
