Installation:(IMG Tool required.)
Player:
Open IMG tool.
Open Player.IMG.
Find the one you want.
Replace it.
Gang:
Open IMG tool.
Open gta3
Find "Fam 2" and "Fam3"
Replace them.
Feel free to suggest any TXD edits.
(Actually please do.)
Idea's pretty original,I know, I lack creativity.

Now two of the Grove Street Families gang can wear the glasses and the shirt.
